REED HEADRICK
I am an operations professional who’s worked both sides, big tech enterprises and small business.
At Google, Meta, and Microsoft, I built systems for massive teams with unlimited budgets and specialized roles. Working with small businesses, budgets are tight, roles are limited, and it’s a raw environment.
Small businesses don’t need enterprise level complexity. They need simple, repeatable systems that work even when the owner is out sick. Knowledge needs to be taken out of people’s heads and put into playbooks and automated workflows.
My approach: I build operational systems that enable space for owners to focus on what is most important, for them to operate their business. Not on mundane tasks, not funneling through leads from morning to night, and not worrying about inaccurate numbers.
